Sollievo currently ships orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed within 1–2 business days
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day
Once processing is complete, your order will be handed off to the carrier for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery times typically fall within the following range:
Transit time: 5–8 business days
Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from the date of purchase

Sollievo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
