Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and included materials

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Return Shipping & Fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sollievo will cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Request Authorization

Prepare Your Package
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.

Ship the Item
Follow the instructions provided in your return confirmation email and drop off your package at the designated carrier.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
